Now these are averages
of course, depending on if Sellers are listing at market value or above. Homes listed at market value are selling within 90
days or less, the home above market value in approx. 180 days or more, most often they sell were they should have been listed
to begin with, or sometimes less because the market continued to drop as they were waiting to see if it would sell at a higher
price than suggested. Manchester has 73 homes under contract as of today (July
24th, 2010) and... 226 Solds for the second Q of the year (ending for June, 2010) these numbers are NOT good, they speak for
