Our Mission
Our mission is to offer clients a home-buying and selling experience with as little stress as possible. This is a time that
is to be enjoyed.
We believe everyone deserves professionals that know what they are doing and do what they were hired to do. This minimizes
the stress upon the clients.
Lenders, inspectors, appraisers and agents work together in a cooporative spirit, that is our mission always.
Our History
I have been working as a Real estate agent since 1996 and have owned and run a construction company "Cobra Construction
LLC" since 2003.
My clients come from a wide spectrum of needs and desires.
I have belonged to the Manchester
Nashua Board of Realtors since 1996, and have worked hard to establish good working relationships with a variety of professionals
in the industry of home ownership.
Have been in the Real Estate Presidents Club for several years in both Listing and
Sales.
Graduate of Buyer Broker School of Real Estate.
Graduate of Kathy Roosa School of Real Estate for sales
and marketing.
Member of the National Association of Realtors.
Bilingual, fluent in German.
Member of the
NEEREN (northern new england real estate network).
Servicing from Laconia, to Nashua, east to west. I am
a strong believer in Volunteer work and am therefore involved in multiple efforts to help those in need. I
am also the founder of "Chains of Freedom", an effort to abolish modern day slavery/human trafficking that goes
on right before our eyes, even today. This is a non-profit organization that diligently works on the funding
of missionaries for this cause, incl. the well known "Salvation Army" that has done such tremendous strides for
this cause in recent months...however they need funding to continue in these efforts and we at "Chains of Freedom"
seek to meet that need.
